Users should be able to specify the number of sets for each workout type.
For example, I may want to do 5 sets of Shoulder Press instead of always doing the globally set number of 3.
Another good example would be when you fail to progress your weight or reps for a given workout, so you wish to increase the number of sets to instead overload volume.
