90% of the time i am looking at the app. Having to switch to look at the notification area to see the timer is awkward.

It would be better to have the timer at the top of bottom of whatever screen you are in on the app. It at least on the plan screen

i am on 2.5 now and im pretty sure i still have the timer bar in notification only.
