3:30 in workout list? #171

First thanks for this open source app!
It took me a little while to get how everything works (#161 even if boring, might actually be a good idea, I guess some people try the app and quickly give up when they don't get how it works), but now everything looks pretty good!

Although there is still one thing I don't get: what is the "3:30" in the Workout list?
It looks like it's a time, but I don't understand how it's calculated/configured, it doesn't even change if I change the number of steps.

On a unrelated note, I wish there was a more global graph (not per workout).
I could make a PR but I'm not sure what would be the most common need. I was thinking for example to sum up all weights/reps but I dunno if it makes much sense.
Also I think the actual timestamp is an underused data, we could have a graph displaying duration (deduced from 1st and last activity) and times (time of the day of the 1st activity) of daily workouts for example. Let me know if you think something like this could be interesting!

The time period seen (3:30) is the default rest timer for that workout. You would be waiting 3 minutes and 30 seconds in-between sets.

Thanks, that's what I thought! I just don't get why 3min30 😄

Would you be ok if we add a general rest time setting?

EDIT: OK, got it now, you can configure it per workout, but only when Rest timer option is enabled. Although when it's disabled it's still shown in the list, that's why it wasn't clear
