[Feature Request] Add exercise steps per workout #15

With the workouts also to be able to add how the workouts are trained
(Fields that can be added, best would be one field per exercise step).

Do you mean saying the number of sets for a given Workout? E.g. I have my bench press as 5 sets whereas my Deadlifts could be 3?

In the appendix is an example.
There are just so many workouts that you can't remember how to do them, except for jumping jacks and pushups. There are at least 500 workouts, there are supposed to be 5000, the fact is, I can remember 20 maybe.
What is meant is that I can read up on how the workout I am doing is done.
